Melbourne buzz band The Wellingtons has made the Triple M playlist.
After being added to Austereo?ÇÖs Radar digital service earlier this year, the mainstream Triple M network is now playing The Wellingtons ?ÇÿCome Undone?ÇÖ in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
?Ç£The Wellingtons are just one example of the great depth of talent we have in the Australian music scene that, up until now, has been mostly ignored by mainstream radio,?Ç¥ says Radar content director Jaime Chaux. ?Ç£Radar Radio is proud to play more new music than any other station, and provide ongoing support to artists like this?Ç¥.
Zac Anthony of The Wellington?ÇÖs says ?Ç£Radar Radio is offering a window for deserved, independent bands to gather commercial radio play that would have seemed almost impossible in the past. That's a great thing for the future of Australian radio and Australian music.?Ç¥
?ÇÿCome Undone?ÇÖ is from the third album for The Wellingtons titled ?ÇÿHeading North For The Winter?ÇÖ.
