Ice Cube, Billy Bob Thornton In Overpaid Stars List

Ice Cube and Billy Bob Thornton are just two music stars that have made the Top 10 list of overpaid actors from Forbes magazine.

Forbes calculated the list from 100 of the biggest actors in Hollywood and compared their pay packet per movie to what the movie earned at the box-office.

Billy Bob Thornton came in third place. For every $1 he made at the box-office, the movie made $4. (ie: he cost 25% of the films earnings).

Rapper Ice Cube was at no. 5. For every $1 he made his movies made $4.77.

Will Ferrell was the worst value actor. The ‘Elf’, ‘Talladega Nights’ star made $1 out of every $3.29 his movies made.

To qualify, each actor had to have starred in at least three movies that opened in more than 500 theatres in the last 5 years.

4. Eddie Murphy
5. Ice Cube
6. Tom Cruise
7. Drew Barrymore
8. Leonardo DiCaprio
