There will not be an Ozzfest this year.
Ozzy Osbourne is putting his annual Ozzfest festival on hold for 2009 while he completes work on a new album.
The as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2007's "Black Rain" is due around Thanksgiving and will be co-produced by Osbourne with Kevin Churko.
Ozzfest was a one-off event in Frisco, Texas, last year, with appearances by Osbourne, Metallica, Serj Tankian, Korn's Jonathan Davis and Sevendust.
